Employee Compliance Status
You can verify the compliance status of employees using the following methods:
Compliance Alerts on Welcome Screen Statistics
The company statistics will show employees who are out of compliance, as specified by one of the compliance rules. The list of these employees is displayed as one of the statistics on the Welcome screen. By clicking on an employee link, you can review the details of the issue.
Compliance Column on Employee Lists
You can find the Compliance column on the following employee lists: Active Employees, Applicants, and Terminated Employees. This column displays the out-of-compliance item code, and the employee record is highlighted. The following pre-defined codes describe the compliance status:

|ANNUAL DRIVER'S CERTIFICATION OF VIOLATIONS
|DRIVER'S ROAD TEST CERTIFICATE
|MEDICAL EXAMINER'S CERTIFICATE COPY
|MEDICAL EXAM EXPIRATION
|PREVIOUS PRE-EMPLOYMENT EMPLOYEE ALCOHOL AND DRUG STATEMENT

Employee Compliance Status Screen
When you open the employee details window, you can select the Compliance item from the top menu. This screen lists all employee compliance checks. Out-of-compliance items are marked in red.
Clicking on a specific rule information will take you to the details of that specific information status.
We have defined a number of reports that allow you to review the compliance status of your employees. You can find them in the Reports menu, under the Compliance Reports category.
