Exclude an Employee from Random Selection

Use this procedure to exclude an employee from random selection for drug testing, alcohol testing, or both.

1. Open the Employee details window.
2. Select Random from the top menu.
3. Choose the pool type to exclude the employee from: drug or alcohol.
4. Enter the reason for the exclusion.
5. Select Update.

The employee is removed from all pools that match the selected exclusion type.
