Branches / Branch assigned contacts

Assign the Contact to the branch.

This list shows contacts assigned to the selected branch. By default all contacts are assigned to the Headquarters branch - main company office.

To remove the assigment first select the contact record from the list of assigned contacts and then press the Remove button.

To assign contact to the branch, select the SHOW NOT ASSIGNED option from the selection list. This will show you all available contacts that are not assigned to other branches.

Select the contact record and press the Assign button.

The assigment of the contact to a specific branch will update its primary address to be the same as the branch address.

Branch assigment is not the same as the branch security access. If you want the contact to manage employees from the specific branch you have to setup the contact branch security on the Contact security screen.
