Med-Stop allows you to attach and retrieve documents in electronic format to and from the employee record.

To create a new employee document, press the New button.

You can attach any file to the employee document list. Some predefined categories include:

Employment History Verification

Request for Information from Previous Employer

Request for Check of Driving Record

Request for Drug and Alcohol Records

Employee Eligibility Verification

Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure

Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours
