Employees / Employee list
The Employee List displays information about all employees in your company. The system includes the following employee lists:
Active Employee List
This list shows currently active employees and includes the following information:
- Employee name
- DOT status
- Driver's license expiration date
- Medical examination expiration date
- Date of last drug and alcohol tests
- Compliance status
- Employment status
DOT / Non-DOT Active Employees List
If your company employs both DOT and Non-DOT employees, the system provides two separate lists, grouping employees based on their DOT status.
Applicants
This list contains records of company applicants. Please maintain this list carefully. Update the applicant's status when they are hired by your company or removed from consideration.
Terminated Employees
Use this list to access the records and testing history of terminated employees. It includes all former employees who were previously listed as active.
The information in this section is read-only—you can retrieve data but cannot make changes.
