The Invoice

An invoice is a commercial document issued by Med-Stop to your company, indicating the agreed prices for services with which the Med-Stop has already provided your company. An invoice indicates that, unless paid in advance, payment is due by your company to the Med-Stop, according to the agreed terms.

Med-Stop Invoice type

Med-Stop Can issue following invoices for your company:

Employer Credit Increase invoice

This invoice indicates that the additional Med-Stop credit was created by the company, usually it's issued just after the company increases the credit, and therfore it's status is set to CLOSED, does not require any additional payments.

Employer Credited Transations.

Some companies can enter into agreements with Med-Stop that they will send the employees for testing and the tests are payed from the employers credit limit. Periodically Med-Stop issues an invoice that indicates the number of tests and the total amount. The company is obligated to close the invoice - increase the credit to cover performed tests cost.

Employer Charge

Med-Stop can issue an invoice for some additional services, for example on-site testing, and the company is obligated to pay the agreed price and close the invoice.
