Change Random Selection status

In certain situations where a random selection cannot be completed, it is important to update the status and document the reason for closure.

To change the status of an open random selection:

• Click the Change Status button in the navigation area.
• This will launch the Random Selection Status window.
• Select the appropriate final status from the available options.
• Enter any relevant remarks to explain why the selection could not be completed.
• Click Determine Final Status to update and close the selection.

Properly updating the status ensures accurate tracking and compliance with testing procedures.
