Random Selection Service / Create a Test Record for Random Selection
Random Selection Closing Test
A random selection is considered closed once the employee completes the required random test.
- If the employee completes the test at a Med-Stop location, the test information is automatically entered into the system, and the associated random selection is automatically marked as closed.
- If the employee performs the test at a non-Med-Stop location, you must manually create a test record in the system to close the selection.
Creating a Test Record for Random Selection
To manually close a random selection by entering a test record:
- Open the Selection Details window.
- Click the Record Test Info button located at the bottom of the screen.
- This launches the Employee Test Record process.
- Complete the test record by following the prompts.
- Once the test record is created, if the employee has an open random selection in the system, click the Change Status button at the bottom of the Selection Details window.
- Select the random completed test to finalize and close the selection.
